Viola A. Wruble (nee Schmitt) 105 years old, passed away at Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ on October 14. 2012. Born in Hoboken, NJ in 1907 she lived in Jersey City, Lyndhurst, NJ and North Arlington, NJ before moving to Kingwood Township in 1989. She will be interred in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington with her husband Joseph who died in 1988.

Viola was also predeceased by her twin sister, Helen Schreckenstein and her son Terrence Joseph who passed on January 10, 2012. She is survived by her daughters, Mary A. Wruble and Ellen C. Maerling and her husband Arthur of Kingwood Twp.; daughter-in-law, Marie Wruble; Grandchildren, Christopher, Tara Civitillo (Vincent) and Jeremy J. Maerling; and one great grandson.

A memorial mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 11 AM in Our Lady of Victories Church, Route 519 in Baptistown, NJ. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ under the direction of Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.
